Gitte has more than 20 years of leadership experience from renowned Danish companies. She has held management positions within QC and QA at pharmaceutical production sites and executive HR positions in the entertainment and media business. Her educational background is in chemical engineering and executive MBA. In 2007 she realized a dream of starting an independent consultancy business.
